The Golden Personality Type Profiler helps leaders and professionals to better understand their personality style and temperament and information about their strengths, growth opportunities, communication style, team preferences, motivators and learning style. The GPTP is published by Pearson Talent Assessment. John Golden, Ed.D. is the creator of the GPTP and also is the founder of Golden, LLC, which is recognized by Pearson as the premier provider of certification training programs for the GPTP.

GPTP Description:

The GPTP is a highly valid and reliable instrument. It is based on Jung’s Theory. It measures individuals on these five broad scales: Extraverted-Introverted; Sensing-Intuition; Thinking-Feeling; Sensing-Intuiting; Thinking-Feeling; Organizing-Adapting; and Tense-Calm. Within these five scales, there are a total of 36 facet scales that more fully identify a person’s individuality. There is an Individual GPTP Report (16 pages) and also a GPTP Team Report (13 pages).
These reports are used for the following purposes:

Format/Materials:
