The Career Liftoff® Interest Inventory’s purpose is to assess interests of individuals 16 years and older and compare them to interest profiles of various career fields for: college major, career transition, re-entry into labor force, and
retirement/ leisure activities.

The Career Liftoff® Interest Inventory (CLII)

The Career Liftoff® Inventory (CLII) is a valid and reliable instrument. It links to the RIASEC Holland model. The CLII was developed by Jim Lewis (President of Career Liftoff®), Gary Anderson (Vice-President of Career Liftoff®), and Ronald Page, Ph.D. (President of Assessment Associates International, LLC).

The CLII Feedback Report includes a graphic profile of results on 6 Holland Scales and 30 Occupational Interest Scales (OIS). Also, there is a narrative report that presents 15 example jobs for each of their top 6 Occupational Interest Scales.

Format:

You will take the CLII and receive your CLII Report. Then, you will download and listen to a 2-hour audio, while viewing a PowerPoint slides, led by Gary Anderson and Nancy Branton that covers the following items:
