Purpose:
- The Leading with Emotional and Social Intelligence™ program provides leader’s an understanding of how their emotional mood and social behavior impacts performance, motivation, relationships, sales and workplace results, and then develop new behaviors that create a “climate” of respectful engagement and workplace success.
Leaders will learn:
- How their emotional and social skills affect their own and other’s performance and
- What they can do to strengthen their leadership effectiveness by leveraging the five skills of emotional and social intelligence.
For the Leader:
This is a hands-on learning and coaching experience designed for leaders who want to become better aware of their emotions, learn how to manage and focus them to be a better leader, and develop new behaviors that inspire a positive emotional and socially respectful workplace.
Outcomes:
Using the Emotional Intelligence Skills Assessment (EISA 360) as a framework, each leader will increase their awareness of strengths and development opportunities in the five key areas that most influence leadership performance—perceiving, managing, decision-making, achieving, and influencing. Once the 360-degree (self and observer) assessments are completed, each leader will receive a personalized report that includes development advice and action plan.
- Gain an understanding of the five leadership factors of emotional and social intelligence–Perceiving, Decision-making, Achieving, Influencing, and Managing
- Learn about leadership best practices, case studies, bottom line impact, and customer research related to emotional intelligence.
- Be part of a “leader’s coaching circle” that hold the leader accountable, support the leader’s progress, and celebrate leader’s growth.
- Identify areas where you can apply “proven emotional and social intelligence workouts” that motivate self and others to higher performance.
- Receive an Emotional and Social Intelligence leader guide.
- Receive two books “ The EQ Edge” Emotional Intelligence” and Your Success, AND Social Intelligence “ The New Science of Success.
- Generate action steps to improve your emotional and social abilities that will lead you and those you lead to success.

- Delivered live via telephone conference and internet so leaders can participate from anywhere in the world.

AND Includes Two Individual Coaching Sessions:
Guided by a skilled facilitator and certified coach, each leader will engage in two individual coaching sessions via telephone or Skype.
- The first session will to identify emotional and social factors that attract or distract from their success at work, and
- The second coaching session is to generate action steps for making development improvements.

Program Schedule:
1st Class – March 8th: What is Emotional and Social Intelligence, and Why Does it Matter to Leadership: between first and second week, client will take the EISA 360 and distribute to raters.
- March 9-March 21: Leader will take the EISA 360 and distribute to raters.
2nd Class – March 22nd : The Five Factors: Understanding Your EISA 360 Report
- 1st Individual Coaching Session – March 23- -April 4:– (Schedule a 50 minute coaching session) – Strengths and Development
3rd and 4th Class – Skill Mastery Coaching Groups – April 5th – April 12th: Leading with Emotional and Social Intelligence – skill practice
- 2nd Individual Coaching Session – April 13th – April 25th: (Schedule second 50 minute coaching session) – Focused Development Plan
6th Class – April 26th: Lead it Forward: Capstone Report and Accountability
Time:
1:00 -2:15 EST Or 6:00pm-7:30 EST
Each six week program is limited to 8 leaders.
Cost:
The Leading with Emotional and Social Intelligence Group Program: $1795.00, includes all materials, assessments, books and two individual coaching sessions.
Individual Leadership Coaching: $3500-three month minimum of 8 hours, includes all material.
