Content of Successful Skills Training Series: Four Bi-Weekly Classes
Optional Component – “Mastering Essential Skills” Coaching Group:Accelerate your supervisory effectiveness by enrolling in a three month coaching group designed to help you master the concepts of the workshop. The group will meet once per month for 90 minutes via teleconference and participants will use the group setting to work on development goals that will propel them to even greater success. The group discussions will use the concepts from the series as the foundation; however, all discussions and activities of the group will be customized to meet the development needs of the members.
