For Coaches, Consultants, Trainers, Counselors:This is a hands-on learning and coaching experience designed for coaches, trainers, or consultants who want a proven and complete toolkit with contributions by the gurus of emotional and social intelligence – Daniel Goleman, Steven Stein, CEO Multi Health Systems, and Peter Salovoy. You will learn coaching and training techniques to guide others hot to manage and focus emotions and social behavior and then, how to coach them to develop new behaviors that inspire a positive emotional and socially respectful workplace In the last ten years, emotional and social intelligence has gained momentum in the workplace. It is increasingly becoming the key requirement for workplace talent assessment and development. The program was developed by world renowned authors to give you a personal and client perspective of social and emotional intelligence and the tools to develop it in yourself and clients.
Outcomes:Using the Emotional Intelligence Skills Assessment (EISA 360) as a framework, each leader will increase their awareness of strengths and development opportunities in the five key areas that most influence leadership performance—perceiving, managing, decision-making, achieving, and influencing. Once the 360-degree (self and observer) assessments are completed, each leader will receive a personalized report that includes development advice and action plan.

Program Schedule:Oct. 27th – Dec. 8th 1:00-2:15pm EST or 8:00-9:15pm EST 1st Class – Oct. 27th: What is Emotional and Social Intelligence, and Why Does it Matter.
2nd Class – Nov. 10th: Understanding Your EISA 360 Report; buddy coaching assignment 3rd Class – Nov. 17th: The Five Factor Model in depth; select a client to take the EISA360
4th Class- Dec. 1st: Coaching Guidelines and 360 Feedback; Conduct an EISA Coaching session with your client.
5th Class – Dec. 8th: Social and Emotional Coaching Activities

Cost:The Emotional Intelligence Skills Assessment and Coach Training Program: $1395.00, includes Comprehensive Facilitator guide, (2) EISA360 assessments, (1) book and one mentor coaching session.
