Purpose:

The Certified Emotional and Social Intelligence Workplace Coach program prepare coaches, leaders, counselors and consultants to master their own emotional and social intelligence and then, how to use these skills to coach or lead others. This coach certification course focuses on the role of emotions and social behavior in the workplace. Drawn from research in psychology, social psychology, sociology, coaching and organizational theory, this course starts by building a foundation about emotional and social intelligence.
