About Ronald C. Page, Ph.D.
Ronald Page is President of Assessment Associates International and has over 30 years of experience as a human resource leader and consultant. He has consulted with organizations on the design and implementation of programs in: competency modeling, job analysis, selection system design and validation, promotion system design, management assessment, performance management, job evaluation & compensation, 360º assessment, management development, personality & interest assessment, and succession planning. He has delivered consulting projects in North America, Europe, Asia, the Near East, and Africa.
Dr. Page has held HR and consulting roles at the State of Minnesota, Control Data Corporation, Hay Management Consultants, Saville & Holdsworth Ltd., Human Resource Consultants, and Assessment Associates International and has provided consulting services to a wide variety of private and public organizations.
His clients have included: 3M, AT&T, Hewlett Packard, CHS, The Hartford, Excel Energy, Gopher Resource Corporation, Kimberly Clark, Minnesota Sports & Entertainment, Norfolk Southern Railroad, Hazelden, Minnesota State Patrol, St. Paul College, University of St. Thomas, and Zain.
He has authored numerous papers, articles, and book chapters on human resource topics and was a co-recipient of the 2004 Research Award from the Minnesota Career Development Association. He is a Licensed Psychologist and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute. Dr. Page has also been a Lecturer in the Human Resources and Industrial Relations Department of the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
Dr. Page is the author of the recent book addressing action-based learning activities for enhancing coaching effectiveness, entitled: Coaching Winners. He obtained his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
