Cheri Maben-Crouch

“I’ve known in my heart as a child that I was a facilitative teacher and a life vision coach. I know that every hurt is never wasted. Both positive and negative life experiences teach us and lead us into the next phase of our lives.  Our past becomes woven with our present; and in the space of a safe place, we vision our new future.” – Cheri Maben-Crouch

Cheri’s undergraduate degree and training is in organizational communications and business; her master’s degree is in counseling, and her doctorate is in the development of individuals, teams, and organizations — Human Resource Development.   Cheri is also a certified talent management and leadership coach (CLTMC).

Cheri’s first official job as a coach was working for an employee assistance program as a management development consultant and performance coach to over 100 companies in the Midwest.  She went on to become a facilitative professor for a liberal arts college.  She taught human resource management; however, her favorite class was the seminar for first year students, at the beginning of their academic and professional careers.  In this classroom, along with student advising and mentoring she was coaching the aspiring leaders of tomorrow to “be truly where they were” and help them “vision” what their tomorrows could be.

Cheri welcomes you to create your new life vision Now.  When you work with Cheri, she will create a safe place that surrounds you with a “psychological hug” . . . the kind that embraces your very soul.  We all have our weaknesses and past failures, but Cheri encourages reframing and relearning — looking at life’s experiences through a different lens.  Emerging from this new perspective and place, you’ll discover the passion and purpose that drives your life from the inside out.  “What will come out?”  “What will come into full bloom?”  Your life’s vision and purpose, of course!  And from this place of clarity, you will welcome a newer version of internal motivation.   You’ll make that positive difference in your own life, and in the lives of those who you have been entrusted to influence on a daily basis.
